Job Title: Physiotherapist

Job Summary:
The Physiotherapist will assess, plan, and implement rehabilitation programs to improve patients’ physical function and mobility. The role supports Khalsa Aid’s mission by delivering compassionate care to underserved communities through clinic services and outreach programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional limitations
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans
- Administer therapies such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and electrotherapy
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, posture, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
- Support medical camps, rehabilitation drives, and community outreach initiatives
- Work closely with doctors and healthcare teams for integrated patient care
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of physiotherapy equipment
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)
- Valid registration/license to practice
- Minimum [X] years of clinical experience (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapy equipment
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Ability to work in community and field settings
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in NGO, rural healthcare, or rehabilitation centers
- Willingness to travel for camps and outreach programs
- Empathetic, patient-focused, and service-driven attitude
Working Conditions:
- Combination of clinic-based and fieldwork (health camps, rural outreach)
- Flexible hours depending on program requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
