Role Overview
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Support Executive to handle customer communication and support activities across email, reviews, live chat tickets, WhatsApp, customer care number, and service calls. The candidate will be responsible for solving customer queries, providing proper guidance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Check and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner.
· Review customer feedback and reply politely with proper solutions.
· Handle support tickets and live chat queries from customers.
· Solve customer queries and provide accurate information about services.
· Handle the customer care number and attend incoming customer calls.
· Make and receive customer calls for service-related support.
· Follow up with customers until their issue is properly resolved.
· Escalate important or technical issues to the internal team when required.
· Maintain records of customer complaints, queries, and solutions.
· Communicate with customers in a polite, patient, and professional tone.
· Support the team in improving customer service quality and response time.
Required Skills
· Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English preferred.
· Basic computer and mobile knowledge.
· Ability to use email, WhatsApp, live chat, and calling systems.
· Quick typing and fast response ability.
· Patience and confidence while handling customer queries.
· Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work with a team and follow company processes.
· Professional behavior and positive customer service mindset.
Preferred Candidate Profile
· Experience in customer support, telecalling, service support, or helpdesk support will be preferred.
· Freshers with good communication skills and learning attitude can also apply.
· Candidate should be honest, responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly.
· Candidate should be comfortable handling calls, chats, WhatsApp messages, and emails.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
