Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Python Career Mentor / Webinar Trainer to conduct online career guidance webinars for students, freshers, and aspiring Python developers.
The role is focused on helping students understand the Python career roadmap, current industry expectations, career opportunities, required skills, and the journey from learning Python to becoming job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging and interactive Python Career Guidance Webinars.
- Explain the complete Python career roadmap from beginner to job-ready professional.
- Guide students on different career paths, including Python Development, Backend Development, Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Automation, AI, and Machine Learning.
- Explain the skills, frameworks, databases, tools, and technologies required for different Python career paths.
- Help students understand what companies expect from freshers and entry-level Python developers.
- Guide students on practical projects, internships, GitHub, resume building, LinkedIn profile development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Share practical industry insights and real-world career examples.
- Conduct live Q&A sessions and address students' career and technical questions.
- Make sessions practical, engaging, and easy to understand for students from different skill levels.
Candidate Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Python and related career opportunities.
- Practical experience in Python development, technical training, mentoring, or career guidance.
- Good understanding of current industry requirements for Python-related roles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts and career paths clearly to students and freshers.
- Comfortable conducting online webinars for groups of students.
- Previous experience conducting webinars, workshops, training sessions, or career guidance sessions is preferred.
Preferred Experience
2+ years of experience in Python development, technical training, mentoring, or related industry roles is preferred.
Engagement
This is a Part-Time / Freelance opportunity for scheduled online webinars. The frequency of sessions may vary based on the webinar schedule.
