Profile – Service Manager (Construction Equipment Industry)
Location: Ajmer ( Rajasthan)
Industry: Earthmoving & Heavy Construction Equipment
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day service operations for Earthmoving and Construction Equipment.
- Handle customer service issues with professionalism and timely resolution.
- Coordinate with technicians and service teams for efficient service delivery.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor equipment performance and plan preventive maintenance.
- Maintain service records, reports, and warranty documentation.
- Provide technical support and training to the service team.
Role Requires :
- Experience: 5–10 years in Service Management of Earthmovers / Heavy Construction Equipment.
- Education : B-tech/Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automobile Engineering
- Strong knowledge of brands like JCB, CAT, Komatsu, Volvo, etc.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team management and leadership qualities.
- Preferred candidates from local territory (Ajmer or nearby).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
