About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns for both E-commerce and Lead Generation businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads), Google Ads, campaign optimization, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and ROAS-driven marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities E-commerce Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Display Networks.
- Drive online sales while maintaining target ROAS and CAC.
- Create and manage remarketing, retention, and prospecting campaigns.
- Analyze customer journeys and optimize conversion funnels.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives, product feeds, and landing pages.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare actionable reports.
International E-commerce Marketing
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting international markets including the USA, UK, Europe, Middle East, and Australia.
- Conduct audience research and market analysis for global campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns based on regional performance and customer behavior.
- Handle multi-currency and international conversion tracking setups.
- Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target ROAS.
Lead Generation Marketing
- Generate high-quality leads through Meta Lead Ads, Conversion Campaigns, Google Search Ads, Performance Max, and Landing Page Funnels.
- Create and optimize lead forms, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
- Improve Cost Per Lead (CPL) while maintaining lead quality.
- Implement lead nurturing, retargeting, and remarketing strategies.
- Track and optimize lead-to-conversion performance.

Additional Requirements
- Experience managing monthly ad budgets ranging from ₹1 Lakh to ₹20 Lakhs+.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, CPM, and Conversion Rate Optimization.
- Knowledge of Shopify, WordPress
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make performance-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint Certification preferred.
- Google Ads Certification preferred.
- Experience with Shopify stores and international campaigns is a strong advantage.
