- Call leads generated from ads, social media, and walk-ins
- Explain courses, fees, and career opportunities clearly
- Counsel students and guide them for the right course
- Schedule appointments for center visits
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates
- Maintain daily call records and lead status
- Handle WhatsApp chats and basic queries
- Coordinate with the admissions team for conversions
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Confident and polite speaking tone
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
