Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Production Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day manufacturing activities related to Transformers, CT (Current Transformer), PT (Potential Transformer), and LT CT. The candidate will be responsible for achieving production targets while maintaining quality, safety, productivity, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and monitor daily production activities.
- Handle production processes related to CT, PT, LT CT and Transformer manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per the planned schedule.
- Monitor manpower allocation and optimize workforce utilization.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, Purchase and PPC departments.
- Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications and work instructions.
- Monitor material availability and coordinate with Stores for timely material issuance.
- Identify production bottlenecks, process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain production records, daily production reports and relevant documentation.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, tools, equipment and raw materials.
- Monitor rejection, rework and wastage and take necessary corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with company quality, safety and 5S standards.
- Train and guide operators/workers on production processes and safety practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce manufacturing cost.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspection and testing requirements.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline in the production area.
Required Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronics Engineering
- Candidates with relevant manufacturing experience will be preferred.
Experience
- 1–5 years of experience in Production / Manufacturing.
- Experience in Transformer, CT, PT, LT CT or Electrical Equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of production and manufacturing processes.
- Basic understanding of electrical equipment and transformer components.
- Knowledge of production planning and manpower handling.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and production documentation.
- Ability to work under production targets and deadlines.

Salary: As per candidate's qualification, experience and industry standards.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
