Key Responsibilities :
i. Supervise and monitor façade installation works including curtain wall, cladding, glazing, louvers, and related systems
ii. Review and interpret approved shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
iii. Coordinate daily site activities with façade subcontractors, consultants, and other trades
iv. Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations
v. Conduct site inspections and ensure works are carried out as per approved drawings
vi. Prepare daily progress reports, work schedules, and material requirements
vii. Identify and resolve site issues related to design, installation, or coordination
viii. Ensure proper handling, storage, and installation of façade materials
ix. Assist in testing, commissioning, and final inspections of façade systems
x. Coordinate with QA/QC and safety teams to maintain quality and site safety
xi. Support project handover and snag-list clearance activities
