Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry and Maintenance:
- Input data into systems or databases from various sources (e.g., paper documents, emails, online forms).
- Update, correct, or delete outdated or inaccurate data.
- Data Verification:
- Review data for accuracy and completeness before entry.
- Verify information against source documents to ensure integrity.
- File Management:
- Organize and maintain physical and digital records.
- Retrieve files or information as needed by team members or supervisors.
- Quality Assurance:
- Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data.
- Perform regular audits to ensure database consistency.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Prepare reports or summaries from data as required.
- Assist in handling routine correspondence or documentation related to data.
- Compliance:
- Follow data protection regulations and company policies to ensure confidentiality and security of information.
- Adhere to deadlines and quality standards.
