Elite Power Corporations is hiring enthusiastic and hardworking candidates for the Residential Solar Installation Team. The candidate will assist in installing, maintaining, and supporting rooftop solar systems for residential customers.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Install residential rooftop solar panels and mounting structures
- Assist with wiring, inverter installation, and system setup
- Support senior technicians during site inspections and installations
- Follow electrical and safety standards at all times
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of solar systems
- Handle tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at installation sites
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / ITI
- Basic knowledge of electrical work is an advantage
- Freshers can apply
- Willingness to work at project sites
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physically fit for field work and rooftop installations
