Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products or services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and update the CRM or database.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
