Estimation Engineer
Location: Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs and BOQs from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Develop detailed cost estimates and perform rate analysis.
- Prepare tender documents, bid proposals, and pricing sheets.
- Analyze vendor quotations and support technical evaluations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project execution teams.
- Maintain estimation records, cost databases, and estimation reports.
- Support cost planning, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- +5 years of experience in estimation and costing within real estate or construction.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, rate analysis, and construction practices.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
