About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Business Development Manager with a strong background in international service sales. The ideal candidate should have an established global network, exceptional sales capabilities, and the ability to generate business opportunities quickly.
Candidates with experience in AI solutions, or AI service sales will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute international business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients across global markets.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using existing networks and new business opportunities.
- Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with international clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at international business meetings, conferences, exhibitions, and client visits.
- Achieve aggressive sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven experience in International Business Development or International Sales.
- Strong experience selling services to international clients.
- Proven track record of international sales travel, including overseas client meetings, business development, and deal closures.
- Experience in AI products, AI services, or technology consulting will be a significant advantage.
- Strong sales background with an established professional network to generate new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Ready and willing to travel internationally on short notice for client meetings, business development, exhibitions, and sales opportunities.
- Ability to work from Nadiad or remotely.
