Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Field Marketing Manager for our Furniture & Interior Design company. The candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, promoting our products/services, and building strong customer relationships through field activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong field marketing experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute field marketing activities to generate new leads and sales opportunities.
Visit customer locations, architects, builders, dealers, and potential clients for business development.
Promote company products including furniture, modular solutions, and interior design services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Identify new market opportunities and increase brand presence.
Coordinate with the sales and design team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Conduct market research and provide feedback on customer needs and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly marketing and lead generation targets.
Prepare daily visit reports and maintain customer databases.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in field marketing (preferably in furniture, interior, real estate, or related industries).
Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of local market and customer handling.
A motorcycle is mandatory for field visits.
Valid driving license required.
Qualification:
Graduate/Diploma preferred.
Experience in furniture/interior design marketing will be an added advantage.
