Business Development Executive
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records using CRM software.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Good problem-solving and time management skills.
