Role Overview: As a Business Development Intern at Brainy n Bright, you will play an active role in driving growth by identifying opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales and marketing team in achieving organisational goals. This is a hands-on role suited for motivated individuals looking to gain real-world experience in business development and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct cold calls to prospective clients and institutions to introduce Brainy n Bright's programs and services
2. Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach
4. Visit client locations for meetings, presentations, and relationship building
5. Follow up diligently with leads and prospects to move them through the sales pipeline
6. Submit timely follow-up reports to the Team Lead after every client visit or call
7. Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and client interactions
8. Coordinate closely with the sales and marketing team to align on goals and strategies
9. Work alongside the sales and marketing team to ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets
10. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the Team Lead
11. Actively participate in team meetings, briefings, and training sessions
Work Schedule:
Days: 6 days per week
Hours: 9 hours per day (inclusive of 1 hour lunch break)
Effective working hours: 8 hours per day

Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not mandatory
