The FMCG Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting and selling the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products of the Society in assigned areas. The employee shall develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers to ensure consistent sales growth and market expansion.
The role includes identifying new business opportunities, ensuring product availability in retail outlets, and implementing marketing strategies to increase product visibility and demand. The employee shall regularly visit markets, shops, and distribution points to monitor stock levels, collect orders, and ensure timely delivery coordination.
The FMCG Sales & Marketing Executive must achieve monthly sales targets, maintain records of sales and collections, and provide regular reports to the management. The employee is also responsible for executing promotional activities such as product displays, campaigns, and awareness programs to strengthen the brand presence of the Society.
The role requires fieldwork, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
