Qualifications
- Graduate or Post Graduate in the subject of specialisation
- B.Ed. / D.Ed. (as per CBSE norms)
- Minimum two years of teaching experience in a CBSE school

- Strong command over the subject
- Excellent communication skills in English (except for Hindi & Malayalam positions)
- Ability to implement creative, student-centric, activity-based and active learning strategies
- Expertise in technology-integrated and innovative teaching methods
- Awareness of latest educational initiatives and CBSE guidelines
- Effective classroom management and a strong commitment towards holistic student development
- Capacity to mentor and guide students for academic and co-curricular excellence
Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students in accordance with the school's curriculum guidelines.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
- Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to actively engage students in their learning, including interactive technology, group activities, and hands-on experiences.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, and participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student progress, behavior, and any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.
