Key Responsibilities
- Consultative Selling: Approach customers to identify their needs, demonstrate product features, and recommend suitable items to maximize sales.
- Customer Service: Answer questions, handle returns, and resolve complaints patiently and professionally.
- Merchandising: Arrange products, restock shelves, and maintain a clean, visually appealing sales floor.
- Administrative Tasks: Operate cash registers, process payments, and update customer information in CRM databases.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and personal performance metrics.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
