Shirke's Ventures is in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Site Supervisor with a keen interest in furniture to join our team. As a Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in our customer engagement process by overseeing on-site activities, understanding client requirements, showcasing our furniture offerings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
1. On-Site Supervision: Oversee and coordinate on-site activities, ensuring a thorough understanding of client furniture needs and preferences.
2. Product Showcase: Present and showcase our range of furniture products, providing comprehensive information and addressing client queries.
3. Client Interaction: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
4. Knowledge Transfer: Stay informed about the features and benefits of our furniture products to effectively communicate and educate clients.
5. Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback during and after on-site activities and communicate insights to the sales and product development teams.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of on-site activities, client interactions, and feedback for future reference and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education or training in sales, marketing, or furniture-related fields is a plus.
- Experience: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience in customer service or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing requirements and market trends.
Salary Range:
- The salary for this position is in the range of 15,000 to 20,000 INR, commensurate with experience and skills.
