Position: Placement Relationship Executive

*Job Summary*
We are looking for a Placement Relationship Executive to develop and maintain relationships with companies for student placements and internship opportunities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting organizations, identifying hiring requirements, establishing placement partnerships, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring successful collaboration between employers and our institution.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Visit companies and organizations to establish placement and recruitment partnerships.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, recruiters, and business leaders.
* Identify hiring requirements and placement opportunities for students.
* Coordinate campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and hiring events.
* Generate leads and convert them into long-term placement partnerships.
* Maintain a database of employers, contacts, and placement activities.
* Follow up with companies regarding recruitment schedules and hiring updates.
* Collaborate with the placement team to achieve student placement targets.
* Prepare and submit reports on company visits, tie-ups, and recruitment outcomes.
* Represent the organization professionally during meetings, presentations, and networking events.
*Required Skills*
* Excellent communication in both language and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
* Confidence in meeting corporate representatives and decision-makers.
* Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
* Good presentation and networking skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
*Qualification*
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or any related field.
* Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
* Prior experience in placement coordination, business development, or corporate relations is an added advantage.

* Number of company visits conducted.

* Student placement opportunities generated.

Basic Pay : 10000 - 20000 ( it will fix based on interview )
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
