About the Role
Sree Raaga Resorts is looking for a skilled and passionate Tandoori Chef who can prepare authentic tandoori dishes with excellent taste, quality, and presentation. The candidate should have experience in handling tandoor operations and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook tandoori dishes such as kebabs, tikka, naan, and grilled items
- Maintain food quality, taste, and consistency
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
- Handle marination and preparation of ingredients
- Manage stock and kitchen inventory related to tandoori section
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations
Requirements
✔ Experience as a Tandoori Chef in hotel/resort/restaurant
✔ Good knowledge of Indian tandoori cuisine
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
✔ Team player with good communication skills
✔ Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
