A Documentation Executive is responsible for preparing, organizing, maintaining, and managing documents required for business operations, compliance, projects, logistics, exports/imports, finance, or other administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining records, reports, forms, and official documents.
- Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Managing document filing systems (physical and digital).
- Tracking document approvals, revisions, and version control.
- Coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect required paperwork.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Preparing documentation for audits, inspections, or certifications.
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
