The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the hospital's neurorehabilitation services, increasing patient acquisition, strengthening the organization's brand, and building strong relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, NGOs, schools, corporate organizations, and the community. The role requires a combination of field marketing, digital marketing, community engagement, and strategic partnership development to support the hospital's mission of providing quality rehabilitation services.
- Plan and execute community outreach programs, medical camps, awareness sessions, and health education initiatives.
- Build relationships with NGOs, schools, special schools, rehabilitation centers, corporate organizations, and community groups.
- Coordinate awareness campaigns focusing on neurological disorders, developmental disabilities, stroke rehabilitation, autism, cerebral palsy, and related conditions.
- Represent the organization at exhibitions, conferences, and community events.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase patient referrals and admissions.
- Identify new referral sources and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal clinical teams to ensure smooth patient engagement.
- Track patient acquisition data and prepare periodic reports.
- Manage social media platforms and digital campaigns.
- Create engaging content including patient success stories, educational posts, videos, blogs, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with designers and external agencies for branding and campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct regular visits to referral partners.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, doctor meetings, and networking events.
- Ensure timely communication regarding hospital services and specialty programs.
- Promote the hospital's brand across both online and offline channels.
- Coordinate media coverage, press releases, and promotional activities.
- Ensure consistent branding across all communication materials.
- Support fundraising campaigns and NGO awareness initiatives whenever required.
- Monitor marketing KPIs including patient inquiries, conversions, referral sources, and campaign ROI.
