Key Responsibilities
- Toolpath Generation: Develop, verify, and optimize efficient toolpaths for CNC/VMC machines using Siemens NX.
- Machining Strategies: Determine appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, speeds, and feeds based on material properties (e.g., aluminum, titanium, inconel).
- Simulation & Prove-Out: Validate programs using virtual simulation software (like Vericut) to prevent collisions and minimize cycle times.
- Drafting & Documentation: Interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications, while creating setup sheets and work instructions for machine operators.
- Shop-Floor Support: Collaborate with process engineers and machinists to troubleshoot programs and resolve machining deviations on the shop floor. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
