Space Designs is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Interior Site Execution Engineer to manage residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site execution skills, coordinate with clients and vendors, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
Execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses according to schedule.
Coordinate with designers, clients, contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other vendors.
Monitor quality of work and ensure high finishing standards.
Prepare daily site progress reports and update project status.
Take site measurements and verify dimensions before execution.
Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement and delivery.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Identify site issues proactively and implement effective solutions.
Maintain proper documentation, work schedules, and site records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company guidelines.
Attend client meetings and provide regular project updates.
Required Skills
Experience in residential and commercial interior site execution.
Good knowledge of modular furniture, wardrobes, modular kitchens, false ceilings, flooring, painting, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and civil finishing works.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and interior working drawings.
Strong project coordination and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
Ability to handle multiple sites simultaneously.
Willingness to travel to project locations.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of experience in interior site execution is preferred.
Preferred Candidate
Experience in residential interior projects is an added advantage.
Strong leadership and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary
₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
