About the Role
We are hiring a highly intelligent, politically aware, and execution-focused Political Strategist to work directly with leadership on long-term political growth, public influence, constituency development, government engagement, media positioning, and grassroots expansion.
This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who understands Indian politics, voter psychology, public perception, governance, media, bureaucracy, and political execution.
We are looking for someone who thinks strategically and executes aggressively on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute political growth strategy
- Build and strengthen grassroots political presence and networks
- Design district, state, and national influence roadmap
- Coordinate with government officials, political stakeholders, bureaucrats, social leaders, and key influencers
- Develop public image, positioning, speeches, messaging, and narrative strategy
- Track political developments, public sentiment, and government opportunities
- Organize public outreach, meetings, events, and constituency engagement
- Build systems for execution, reporting, and accountability
- Maintain complete confidentiality and trust
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in political consulting, election strategy, campaign management, public affairs, public policy, government relations, or grassroots politics
- Strong understanding of Indian politics and voter psychology
- Highly resourceful, smart, and execution-driven
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Existing political, administrative, or media network preferred
- Comfortable with travel and long working hours
- Hindi mandatory; English preferred
Compensation Structure
Fixed Salary: ₹5 Lakhs Per Year
Additional Earnings: High Performance-Based Incentives
