- Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, and provide detailed information on menus, specials, and ingredients.
- Order Management: Accurately take food and beverage orders and use the Point of Sale (POS) system to communicate requirements to the kitchen
- Service Excellence: Deliver food and drinks promptly while following fine-dining or casual-dining service protocols
- Upselling: Use product knowledge to recommend pairings, appetizers, or signature cocktails to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue.
- Station Maintenance: Ensure the dining area, side stations, and cutlery are impeccably clean and set according to hotel brand standards.
- Complaint Handling: Address guest concerns immediately with a professional and "can-do" attitude, escalating to the supervisor when necessary.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
