Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer interactions, assist clients with matrimonial service inquiries, maintain member records, and provide excellent customer support. The candidate should possess good communication skills and customer handling abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with matrimonial registration and profile updates.
- Explain membership plans and service benefits to clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding profile activation, renewals, and inquiries.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints politely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update data in the system.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service operations.
- Build good relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily call and follow-up targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
