Key Responsibilities (R&R)
- Process Documentation: Shadowing client interviews to capture "As-Is" processes and converting them into clean flowcharts using tools like Miro (Dashboarding tool).
- Functional Testing: Assisting in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by executing test cases in the ERP to ensure the system matches the Business Requirement Document (BRD).
- Data Migration: Cleaning and formatting legacy data in Excel to make it "upload-ready" for new system modules.
- RCM Support: Assisting in the creation of Risk Control Matrices by identifying manual touchpoints that can be automated.
- Manuals & Training: Creating "How-to" guides and screen-recorded tutorials for client end-users.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
