In-House Content Creator (Delhi)

We’re looking for a creative and trend-savvy Content Creator who can independently handle the entire content process — from idea generation to shooting and editing.
If you’re someone who constantly thinks in reels, understands internet culture, and knows how to create engaging short-form content, we’d love to work with you.
Responsibilities
- Come up with organic and engaging content ideas
- Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels & short-form videos
- Stay updated with trends, viral formats, and social media culture
- Create aesthetic, relatable, and high-retention content
- Handle basic setup for shoots (angles, lighting, props, etc.)
- Deliver content consistently and quickly
Requirements
- Good understanding of Instagram & short-form content
- Must be able to ideate, shoot, and edit independently
- Comfortable being behind and/or in front of the camera
- Knowledge of editing apps/software (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Creative storytelling and strong visual sense
- Self-driven with fresh marketing ideas
Bonus Points
- Previous UGC/content creation experience
- Understanding of hooks, retention & viral content structure
- Interest in aesthetic/lifestyle/fashion/gifting brands
