We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to help us grow our client base and deliver memorable events.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable live music packages.
- Prepare quotations and assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth event execution.
- Build relationships with event planners, villas, resorts, cafés, and corporate clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and email.
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
- Previous experience in sales or customer support is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
