Key Responsibilities
Student Counselling & Admissions
- Counsel students and parents on suitable courses based on their academic background, career goals, and aspirations.
- Explain course features, batch schedules, fee structures, scholarship opportunities, and admission processes.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions, both in person and online.
- Convert inquiries, walk-ins, and generated leads into admissions.
Lead Management & Follow-up
- Handle leads received through digital marketing campaigns, seminars, referrals, walk-ins, and telecalling activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and meetings.
- Track lead progress and ensure timely conversion.
- Update all lead interactions in CRM and admission management systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
