About the Role
seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power Apps & Power
Automate Developer to join our Digital Transformation and Automation team in
Chennai. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in building
enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform, delivering automation
solutions, and collaborating with business stakeholders to drive operational eAiciency
and digital innovation.
This role requires working from the Chennai oAice 5 days a week and partnering with
global teams across business functions to design, develop, and support scalable
business applications and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using
Microsoft Power Apps.
Build and enhance business process automations using Power Automate Cloud
Flows.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Dataverse, Microsoft Teams,
Outlook, OAice 365, and other enterprise applications.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into
scalable technical solutions.
Implement governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform
applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and workflow issues.
Optimize application performance and ensure solution reliability.
Create technical documentation, support guides, and deployment procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams in Agile project
environments.
Support production environments and participate in continuous improvement
initiatives.

Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or
a related field.
5-7 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
Strong experience in:
o Power Apps (Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps)
o Power Automate Cloud Flows
o Microsoft Dataverse
o SharePoint Online
o Microsoft 365 Ecosystem
Experience with REST APIs, connectors, and third-party system integrations.
Strong understanding of solution design, security roles, and environment
management.
Experience in application lifecycle management (ALM) and deployment
processes.
Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Power BI integration.
Knowledge of Azure services and Azure Logic Apps.
Experience with CoE (Center of Excellence) governance practices.
Microsoft Power Platform Certifications are highly preferred:
o PL-100
o PL-200
o PL-400
o PL-600
