We are looking for an experienced *Senior Contracts Engineer* to manage contract administration, tendering, subcontractor finalization, billing verification, and contractual compliance for residential construction projects. The candidate should possess strong knowledge of construction contracts, BOQs, rate analysis, variation orders, and claim management while ensuring projects are executed within contractual obligations.
## Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, review, and administer contracts for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
* Draft tender documents, BOQs, work orders, and contract agreements.
* Invite quotations, evaluate bids, and participate in contractor negotiations.
* Verify RA bills, final bills, extra item claims, and variation orders.
* Monitor contract compliance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
* Coordinate with the Projects, Procurement, Planning, Billing, Estimation, and Finance teams for contract execution.
* Handle contractual correspondence, notices, extensions of time (EOT), and dispute resolution.
* Track contract milestones, payment terms, retention amounts, and performance guarantees.
* Analyze contractual risks and recommend suitable mitigation measures.
* Maintain complete documentation of contracts, amendments, and supporting records.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable legal requirements.
## Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of EPC, item-rate, and lump-sum contracts.
* Expertise in BOQ preparation, rate analysis, billing, and quantity verification.
* Sound understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and contractual clauses.
* Knowledge of variation claims, escalation, EOT, and contract administration.
* Good negotiation, analytical, and documentation skills.
* Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (preferred).
## Mandatory Requirements
* Minimum 6 years of experience in contract management for residential real estate projects.
* Experience with high-rise residential construction is preferred.
* Strong understanding of FIDIC or standard construction contract conditions is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per hour
