1. About the Role
DESENO Media Agency Pvt. Ltd is a full-service creative agency specialising in branding, marketing, and advertising. We are looking for a passionate videographer to join our production team — someone who can shoot compelling content, work confidently on set, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute shoots — from location scouting and equipment setup to on-set direction and footage backup.
- Operate DSLR, mirrorless, or cinema cameras for brand films, social media reels, product shoots, testimonials, and events.
- Set up and manage lighting for studio and outdoor shoots to achieve the desired mood and quality.
- Record clean audio using boom mics, lapel mics, and external recorders.
- Review footage and coordinate with the editing team to ensure smooth post-production handover.
- Maintain and manage all production equipment with care and accountability.
- Collaborate with the creative team to bring client briefs to life visually.
- Adapt to fast-changing briefs and deliver on tight deadlines — as is the nature of agency work.
3. Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of videography experience in an agency, a production house, or as a freelancer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand films, reels, product, or event content.
- Proficiency with DSLR / mirrorless cameras and a solid understanding of exposure, composition, and lighting.
- Familiarity with audio recording equipment and basic video editing tools (Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve).
- Knowledge of social media video formats — Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories.
- A diploma or degree in film production, mass media, or visual communication is preferred.
- Strong creative eye, team spirit, and a proactive attitude on set.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
