We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support our agency’s growth through lead generation and telesales. The role involves identifying potential clients, reaching out via calls, and converting prospects into qualified meetings or sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and scrape relevant business data from online platforms
- Build and maintain a database of potential leads
- Conduct cold calls and follow-ups with prospects
- Explain company services and pitch value propositions clearly
- Fix appointments / schedule meetings for the sales team
- Identify qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in CRM or tracking sheets
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam (English is a plus)
- Confident in handling cold calls and objections
- Basic knowledge of Google Search, Excel/Sheets, and data collection methods
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to learn quickly about digital marketing services
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, or business development
- Experience in lead generation or data scraping tools
- Understanding of digital marketing / agency services is a plus
