Key Responsibilities
1. Network & Infrastructure Management
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, VLAN, switches, routers, and network infrastructure.
- Plan and implement LAN/WAN setup, network expansion, and connectivity.
- Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure maximum uptime.
- Configure and manage IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, routing, and network services.
- Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for internet connectivity and leased lines.
2. Firewall & Network Security
- Configure, manage, and monitor Sophos and Fortinet Firewalls.
- Manage firewall policies, NAT, VPN, web filtering, application control, and security rules.
- Monitor security logs and identify potential network threats.
- Implement IT security policies and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Support endpoint security, antivirus, access control, and cybersecurity measures.
3. Server & Linux Administration
- Manage and maintain RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) servers and Linux-based systems.
- Perform server installation, configuration, patching, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, services, storage, and system backups.
- Troubleshoot hardware, operating system, and application-related issues.
4. Docker & Application Environment
- Install, configure, and manage Docker environments and containers.
- Deploy and maintain applications using Docker containers.
- Manage Docker images, containers, volumes, and networks.
- Troubleshoot container-related issues and support application deployment.
- Coordinate with development teams for application hosting and deployment.
5. IT Support & Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, operating systems, printers, and network-related issues.
- Manage IT tickets and ensure timely resolution of user issues.
- Support employees in resolving desktop, laptop, email, internet, and system problems.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
6. Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Monitor and maintain regular data and server backups.
- Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Ensure critical business data is protected and recoverable.
- Conduct periodic backup restoration tests.
7. IT Operations & Vendor Management
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Coordinate procurement and installation of IT hardware, software, networking equipment, and licenses.
- Maintain IT documentation, network diagrams, asset records, and SOPs.
- Prepare regular reports on IT infrastructure, security, and system performance
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
