FabFunnel is an AI powered ad automation platform for performance marketers. Our audience lives and breathes ad creatives, so the bar for visual quality is high. We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can shape how the brand looks and moves, from scroll stopping ad creatives and social graphics to polished product videos and demos.
This is a hands on, design first role with strong video editing at its core. You will own the look and feel of FabFunnel across every touchpoint, turning briefs into clean, premium visuals and turning raw footage into engaging stories. If you switch effortlessly between a layout in Figma and a timeline in Premiere Pro, this role is for you.

Design high performing ad creatives, social media graphics, and landing page visuals that are clear, premium, and on brand

Edit product demos, webinar recordings, testimonials, and team interviews into polished videos with captions, transitions, and clean sound

Cut and package short form video for social including Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, plus longer form content for the website and campaigns

Create static brand assets including social posts, one pagers, presentation decks, email templates, and marketing collateral

Add light motion and animation where it elevates the work, such as animated text, simple explainers, intros, outros, and lower thirds

Maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels and help evolve the brand as FabFunnel grows

Stay on top of design and video trends and bring fresh ideas that keep the brand current and distinctive

1 to 4 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or agency environment

Strong proficiency in Figma (or Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) for design, and Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) for video editing

A sharp eye for typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy that makes content feel premium

Solid editing fundamentals including pacing, sound, captions, and storytelling that holds attention

Ability to take a rough brief and turn it into a finished piece without needing everything spelled out

A portfolio that leads with strong design and video editing work, with a clear sense of craft and consistency

Experience designing for SaaS, performance marketing, or ad tech

Comfort with motion graphics in After Effects for animated explainers and ads

Familiarity with Lottie animations for web and app use

Experience with AI creative tools like Runway, Midjourney, Higgsfield, or Adobe Firefly

Basic 3D or product mockup skills using Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar tools

Full creative ownership of design and video output for a growing ad tech brand
