Position: Address Verification & NDR Executive
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 Years
Qualification: 10th Pass or Above

Job Responsibilities:
- Customers ko call karke delivery address verify karna.
- Incomplete/wrong address ko customer se confirm aur update karna.
- NDR (Non-Delivery Report) cases par customers se baat karna.
- Delivery issue ka reason samajhna aur re-attempt delivery coordinate karna.
- Customer details aur call status system/Excel mein update karna.
- Courier/delivery team ke saath coordination karna.
- Daily calling aur follow-up targets complete karna.
Skills Required:
- Hindi mein achhi communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Customer se politely baat karne ki ability.
- Fresers bhi apply kar sakte hain.
- Target-oriented aur responsible candidate.
Salary + Incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
