Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive Full-Time Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. Your goal is to identify and attract top-tier talent that aligns with our company culture and long-term business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Sourcing: Design and implement sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards.
Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess technical skills and behavioral fit.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and provide weekly recruitment metric reports.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive journey for all candidates, from the first contact to the final decision.
Compliance: Maintain all records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure adherence to local labor laws.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Tech Savvy: Proficiency with ATS software or AI-assisted screening tools.
Skills: Exceptional communication, strong negotiation skills, and a "skills-first" approach to talent evaluation.
