Resource Executive - Security & Facility management
Core Responsibilities
· Manpower Sourcing & Deployment: Recruiting and mobilizing staff (labor, housekeeping, security) for client sites, including field visits and vendor coordination.
· Statutory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, Minimum Wages Act, and, as of late 2025, the new Code on Social Security, 2020.
· Client Coordination: Managing requirements for security and soft services, conducting site inspections, and handling client complaints.
· Database Maintenance: Maintaining a pipeline of candidates and managing the documentation for staff deployment, including police verification for security personnel.
· Performance Management: Monitoring staff performance, ensuring timely replacements, and maintaining discipline, particularly in high-risk or labor-intensive environments.
Key Requirements & Background
· Experience: 3–5 years in manpower sourcing or human resources within facility management, security agencies, or manufacturing sectors.
· Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, specifically regarding contract labor and minimum wages.
· Skills: Ability to handle field staff, target-driven, strong negotiation skills, and proficiency in documentation.
· Current Industry Focus
· Regulatory Compliance: Adherence to the new labor codes, which mandate written appointment letters, social security benefits for contract workers, and mandatory annual health check-ups for employees over 40.
· Tech Integration: Increased focus on using digital systems for workforce deployment and tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a security agency or large facility management firm.
· Familiarity with the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act (PSRA), 2005.
· Experience in labour relations, industrial relations (IR), or statutory compliance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
