We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful management of our Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the investment industry with a strong focus on AIFs. This role requires a deep understanding of investment strategies, portfolio management, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with the fund’s objectives and risk appetite.

Conduct in-depth research and analysis of potential investment opportunities across various asset classes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, portfolio companies, and industry professionals.

Oversee the investment process, including due diligence, valuation, and portfolio monitoring.

Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations for the investment committee and investors.

Manage the day-to-day operations of the investment portfolio, including asset allocation and rebalancing.

Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior investment professionals.

Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications

Master's degree in Finance from Tier – I institution, Economics, or a related field.

CFA or CA qualification (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in investment management with a focus on AIFs.

Proven track record of successful investment performance.
