Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care.
- Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and educate patients and their families.
- Adhere to hospital policies, infection prevention protocols, and patient safety standards.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- GNM/B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing.
- Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
- 2–5 years of hospital experience.
- Experience in medical, surgical, ICU, emergency, or specialty wards is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
