Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Laser Cutting Operator to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating CNC laser cutting machines to produce precision components as per technical drawings and specifications. The role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor CNC laser cutting machines for sheet metal and other materials.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job orders to determine cutting requirements.
- Set up machine parameters, adjust cutting speed, and ensure proper alignment of materials.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laser cutting equipment.
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Maintain records of production output and report any deviations or machine issues.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in CNC laser cutting operations.
- Strong knowledge of CNC programming and machine controls.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Good understanding of sheet metal properties and cutting techniques.
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills for machine interface and reporting.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
