Graduate/MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
4–10 years of experience in dealer development, channel sales, or network expansion (automobile/EV industry preferred).
Strong understanding of dealer management and channel development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to assess dealer viability and profitability.
High energy, self-driven, and willing to travel extensively.
