Blackpool LLC is a growing U.S.-based parent company with businesses including Aroza Event Center and Venue Transform.
We are looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of HR across our growing businesses. This is not a role limited to paperwork and administrative tasks.
The HR Executive will help us recruit and retain great employees, build effective HR systems, manage employee processes, track performance, support management, and help develop a strong and professional company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and hiring.
- Work with management to identify staffing needs across different businesses and departments.
- Recruit and support full-time, part-time, temporary, and project-based employees.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and offboarding.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential employee records.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee information.
- Support employee communication, engagement, training, and performance management.
- Establish and maintain consistent HR processes across the company's businesses.
- Track employee KPIs, performance, attendance, recruitment, retention, and training metrics.
- Build and maintain HR dashboards and workforce reports.
- Support managers with employee concerns, performance documentation, and HR-related matters.
- Help develop HR policies, procedures, onboarding systems, and employee guidelines.
- Identify HR problems and proactively recommend practical solutions.
- Support management in building a professional, accountable, productive, and positive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of hands-on HR experience preferred.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and employee management.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and HR reporting.
- Experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll, or timekeeping systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High level of attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to manage HR responsibilities across multiple teams or business units.

The Type of Person We Want
We are looking for someone who takes ownership rather than simply completing assigned HR tasks.
You should be able to look at an HR problem, understand what is happening, identify the cause, recommend a solution, and take responsibility for implementing it.
We want someone who can help build HR systems and processes, not just maintain them.
The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, analytical, trustworthy, and comfortable working directly with management and employees.
Over time, this person should be capable of owning the day-to-day HR function across our businesses, allowing management to focus on continued growth.
