1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Increase product penetration and market share.
- Develop new markets, outlets, and distribution channels.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products across retail outlets.
2. Distributor Management
- Appoint and manage distributors as per company guidelines.
- Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Track secondary sales and distributor performance.
- Maintain healthy distributor relationships.
3. Retail & Market Execution
- Conduct regular market visits and outlet coverage.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and branding.
- Implement promotional activities and schemes.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
4. Sales Planning & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyse sales data and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, collections, and claims.
5. Team Coordination
- Coordinate with Sales Representatives / Salesmen.
- Guide field staff to achieve sales targets.
- Provide training and market feedback to management.
6. Collection & Credit Control
- Ensure timely payment collection from distributors and retailers.
- Monitor outstanding payments and credit limits.
