Job Summary:
An experienced English teacher responsible for delivering high-quality instruction , focusing on language proficiency, literature appreciation, and strong writing skills to ensure excellent academic outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach English Language & Literature
- Develop structured lesson plans covering prose, poetry, grammar, and writing skills
- Train students in reading comprehension, answer writing, and critical analysis
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and performance evaluations
- Provide remedial support and personalized guidance
- Encourage communication skills, debates, presentations, and creative writing
Skills Required:
- Strong command over English language, grammar, and literature
- Familiarity with CBSE pattern and competency-based questions
- Ability to improve writing skills and answer structuring
- Classroom management and student engagement ability
Additional Requirements:
- Proven board results is an advantage
- Ability to mentor students and enhance overall communication skills
