Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented Senior Marketing & Sales Executive with 5 to 10 years of experience in the real estate sector. In this role, you will drive property sales, engage with prospective buyers, and manage site visits at our key project locations in Chennai. If you have a proven track record in real estate sales and a hunger for high incentives, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential buyers, generate leads, and convert them into successful property sales.
- Conduct site visits for clients at our Manali and Thiruneermalai (Tambaram Area) locations.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch appropriate real estate projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and property brokers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 5 to 10 years of mandatory experience in Real Estate Sales/Marketing.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills. Deep knowledge of the Chennai real estate market.
- Location: Must be willing to work/travel to project sites in Manali and Thiruneermalai (Tambaram Area).

- Last 3 months' payslips from your previous company
- Bank statement proving salary credit (Final salary fixation will be based on your previous CTC and interview performance).
Salary & Benefits
- Fixed Salary: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 per month (Negotiable based on current CTC and experience).
- Incentives: Highly lucrative, performance-based incentives on every successful sale (No upper limit!).
